14-day Returns: Store Credit

Customer is responsible for shipping fees to send the return back to Forever Fashion Loft. 

 

We will gladly accept your return for a store credit within 14 business days along with the return

form. If you have any difficulty, please send an email to hi@foreverfashionloft.com.

Returned items must meet these requirements:

 

  • Returned within 14 business days of receipt of receiving your order. 
  • In original packaging, unworn condition, free of makeup stains and free of odor. 
  • Accompanied by this return form. 
  • We reserve the right to limit or refuse any return. 

Non-returnable items include (store credit not accepted): 

Formal gowns, sale items, accessories, and undergarments including lingerie, swimwear and bodysuits. 

 

With limited exceptions, valid returns are refunded in the form of store credit. Damaged/defective items will be subject to an exchange if in stock.

All store credit, and/or exchanges that are due will be issued within 48 hours after the return is

processed. Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your items) are delivered to us.

All final sale items are marked as such and cannot be returned for store credit.

 

Please note: Customers are responsible for paying for the return label. Please ensure to package each order separately. If multiple orders are returned inside a single return package, your return will require additional time to process. You will not receive credit for any non-eligible items returned.

 

All items ending in $.48 and .98, bodysuits, swimwear, undergarments, beauty products, cosmetics, accessories, and "Party Wear" (such as Halloween costumes) are considered final sale, non-returnable and cannot be returned for store credit.

 

We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.

 

All returns must include an order packing slip or return invoice from Online Return Portal that clearly indicates which items are being returned. If this is not filled out correctly, your return may experience issues in processing.

 

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 14 days of delivery.

 

We reserve the right to delay a refund until items are actually received based on credible concerns surrounding potential fraud.

 

We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:

  • An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of
    "wardrobing;"
  • An irregular or excessive returns history involving
    worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items;
    Or
  • Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.

Similarly, we reserve the right to refuse service (both in-store and online) to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.
